Non-vendors are those who will not sell products but want to showcase their non-profit or musical talent.
If you want to showcase musical talent, fill out our Music/Entertainment Application. Please note that all music must be acoustic and we do not allow the sale of associated CDs or merchandise
If you want to showcase your non-profit community organization, please fill out our Non-profit Application.
Please note, that we do not allow retail-oriented corporate businesses at the market.
All applications will be reviewed by our Board for participation.
Music/Entertainment Application
Please complete this form if you are interested in showcasing your musical talent at the West Chester Growers’ Market.
Please note, all music performances will be in a 10’ X 10’ tent space and must be acoustic. Entertainers are not permitted to sell any CD’s or merchandise.
Non-profit Application
Please complete this form if you are interested in attending the West Chester Growers’ Market to educate market-goers about your organization.
Non-profit groups are not permitted to sell any products but they are not required to pay booth or inspection fees.
Upon receipt, your request will be reviewed for approval by the WCGM Board.
Upon approval, you will be contacted to confirm your scheduled date and additional details regarding the market stall details.
