Our Vendors

One of the pleasures of shopping at a farmers market is getting to know the person who grows or produces the items for sale. Our vendors are proud of what they produce and are happy to answer questions about preparations or growth practices.

All of our vendors are from the surrounding region and, per our market bylaws, are only allowed to sell foods that they grow or produce – the true definition of a “producer-only” market.

Are you interested in becoming a vendor at our market?

All potential vendors must submit an application for review.

Please note: If you plan to sell any food items other than unprocessed fruits or vegetables, you will need a license from The Chester County Health Department or the PA Department of Agriculture.

  • You must grow, raise, or make the products you offer for sale at market. We do not accept applications from vendors who only re-sell products purchased from other people or businesses.

  • We also do not allow space for general crafters at the market.

  • We are a mature market and have a full line-up of farmers and artisan food producers, so we have very few openings for new vendors. We will review applications from new producers to determine if your business qualifies for consideration.

  • Applications are considered based on current need of the market roster, adding variety to the mix of products, or consumer demand. We keep all applicant information and will contact you if we are looking for your product.
